{"id":20963,"date":"2021-05-18T15:30:42","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T19:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/vrip.ubiobio.cl\/vrip\/?p=20963"},"modified":"2021-10-12T12:31:22","modified_gmt":"2021-10-12T12:31:22","slug":"nuevos-sistemas-de-construccion-impresa-3d-desarrollado-por-academicos-ubb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vrip.ubiobio.cl\/inicio\/noticias\/nuevos-sistemas-de-construccion-impresa-3d-desarrollado-por-academicos-ubb\/","title":{"rendered":"Nuevos sistemas de construcci\u00f3n impresa-3D desarrollado por investigadores UBB y UFSM"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em style=\"color: var(--global-palette4); font-family: var(--global-body-font-family);\">Proyecto Fondecyt desarrollado por acad\u00e9micos de la Facultad de Arquitectura, Construcci\u00f3n y Dise\u00f1o de nuestra casa de estudios (Farcodi UBB) y de los Departamentos de Arquitectura e Ingenier\u00eda Electr\u00f3nica de la Universidad Federico Santa Mar\u00eda, sede Valpara\u00edso, propone nuevos sistemas y condiciones arquitect\u00f3nicas de construcci\u00f3n impresa-3d, basado en la experiencia previa en arquitectura, rob\u00f3tica y dise\u00f1o digital de sus grupos de trabajo.<\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"perfect-pullquote  pullquote-align-right\" style=\"font-size:15px !important;\"><blockquote><p style=\"font-size:15px !important;\">La impresi\u00f3n de edificios representa una nueva capacidad que permite varias ventajas constructivas, no obstante, requiere sistemas de control y proyecci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica que han estudiado los investigadores de la UBB y USM, con la participaci\u00f3n de especialistas extranjeros, t\u00e9cnicos y estudiantes de postgrado, y laboratorios locales.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/div>\n<p>La impresi\u00f3n de edificios representa una nueva capacidad que permite varias ventajas constructivas, no obstante, requiere sistemas de control y proyecci\u00f3n arquitect\u00f3nica que han estudiado los investigadores de la UBB y USM, con la participaci\u00f3n de especialistas extranjeros, t\u00e9cnicos y estudiantes de postgrado, y laboratorios locales.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, desarrollado por un grupo de investigadores encabezado por el acad\u00e9mico de Farcodi, \u00a0Rodrigo Garcia Alvarado, desarrolla una nueva especie de sistema rob\u00f3tico para imprimir, basado en una celda m\u00f3vil con brazos m\u00faltiples, solicitando cuatro patentes de invenci\u00f3n internacionales y montando un prototipo en el nuevo laboratorio de Sistemas Cooperativos Multi-Robot para la Construcci\u00f3n (SISCOM) de la Universidad Federico Santa Mar\u00eda, sede Valpara\u00edso. Se han realizado videos demostrativos de simulaciones y visitas en realidad virtual a este novedoso sistema. Tambi\u00e9n se han realizado programaciones para imprimir formas arquitect\u00f3nicas probadas en el Robot Kuka disponible en la UBB, se ha evaluado el comportamiento de diferentes sistemas m\u00f3viles y la eficiencia de diversos modelos arquitect\u00f3nicos. Identificado caracter\u00edsticas de la arquitectura realizada por las construcciones impresas que est\u00e1n emergiendo en todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto tambi\u00e9n contempl\u00f3 las visitas de los investigadores Ethan Kerber de la RWTH Aachen University, que est\u00e1 montando una avanzado Centro de Construcci\u00f3n Automatizada en Alemania, y del arquitecto. egresado de la USM Dr. Alejandro V\u00e9liz Reyes, director del MA Integrated Design Innovation y MSc Integrated Design Innovation en la Plymouth University del Reino Unido. As\u00ed como la participaci\u00f3n de estudiantes de doctorado de la UBB y USM, presentaciones en congresos internacionales y la publicaci\u00f3n de art\u00edculos en revistas cient\u00edficas.
