procesos de consolidaci\u00f3n de la oferta de conocimientos y de gesti\u00f3n de la protecci\u00f3n intelectual y licenciamiento. La OTL tiene como funci\u00f3n principal realizar labores que preparen y ordenen la transferencia de los resultados de la actividad cient\u00edfica y tecnol\u00f3gica de la Universidad hacia el medio externo y apoyar la protecci\u00f3n y transferencia de resultados de investigaci\u00f3n. La OTL posee tambi\u00e9n la funci\u00f3n de apoyo integral y transversal la vinculaci\u00f3n bidireccional de la Universidad con las Empresas, Instituciones y Organismos P\u00fablicos con relaci\u00f3n a la postulaci\u00f3n de proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n y servicios de transferencia con el medio
